A Guest Room
Here I showcase the variety of projects I have implemented for private clients and business partners to give you an impression of where my services can be applied.
A Guest Room
At the Schwarzl guesthouse in Southern Styria, we planned a refresh for the guest rooms. The owner's goal was to make the rooms cozier and create additional storage space while retaining existing furniture as much as possible.
Project Description
The Schwarzl guesthouse in Ehrenhausen is located directly by the vineyard of the Schwarzl winery, nestled in the gently rolling hills of beautiful Southern Styria. Guests come here primarily seeking peace and proximity to nature. We wanted to bring exactly this feeling of serenity and connection to nature into the rooms.
The guest rooms already feature high-quality wooden furniture, which the owners cherish and therefore wished to preserve. Nevertheless, we planned some careful changes to refresh the rooms visually and make them even cozier and more inviting.
Additionally, new storage options were provided, as sufficient storage contributes significantly to guest comfort.
Our Solution
For the window area, we provided a wider, natural curtain to make the window appear visually larger. Additionally, a new table and matching lighting were selected, a better position for the TV was established, and further storage options were developed both in the room and the entryway. Furthermore, we integrated cost-effective, nature-friendly decorative elements that make the stay more interesting and memorable for guests.
