A New Build
This project was commissioned by Kaufmann Upholstery Ltd. The K. family is currently planning the construction of a new home and is simultaneously focusing on interior design, which is already influencing the architectural planning process.
Project Description
The K. family envisions a modern home where architecture and interior design interact harmoniously. Generous yet logically structured rooms are intended to radiate elegance and high quality. The starting point for the project consisted of three mood boards and various floor plan variants, which we developed and refined together. The final concepts were then presented using photorealistic 3D visualizations. Here, I am showcasing one design variant of this project.
Our Solution
Following an analysis of the family's wishes and needs, three distinct design concepts were presented. All follow a contemporary, minimalist interior design style but each creates its own unique atmosphere: ranging from a cool, reduced effect with dramatic design elements in black and white to an inviting, warm mood with natural earth tones.
